I ship my hand crafted jewelry worldwide.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods, such as holidays or sales, processing time may be longer.

Shipping Methods

I ship my products via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on the shipping option that you select at checkout. For international orders, shipping time depends on the shipping method that you choose and your location. Most orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail International arrive within 7-21 business days, while orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail International typically arrive within 6-10 business days.

Please note that shipping times may be longer for some countries due to customs and other factors beyond my control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the shipping method that you select at checkout. You can see the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before you submit your order.

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by your country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are your responsibility to pay.

Delivery

I ship to the address that you provide at the time of purchase. I am not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are delivered to the address that you provided.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us and I will work with you to resolve the issue. If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged package and item.

Please note that I are not responsible for any delays or issues with shipping that are beyond my control, such as weather-related delays or delays caused by USPS or customs.
